It is an economical and simple solution to forward crop and ground material. It can be added arbitrarily as far as maximum 12m. Conveying augers can work in different angles and direction. Due to the several accessories they have multiple uses. They are ideal solution to load and unload cereals, forward material of milling-mixing plants and filling drillers. They are galvanized therefore they have long life.

More information about hopper augers

The capacity is in the case of cleaned barley with 15% humidity. Over 21% humidity the capacity reduces with 25%. The capacity depends on the size, the cleanness, the humidity, the angle of conveying and the regularity of operation. If the auger conveys ground material, it is assembled with special V-belt. In the case of conveying flour the one-third of the data is valid.

The augers can be assembled with flour, grated or open end, and a V-belt or a motor with a gear. By using a gear driving, the capacity of conveying can be reduced. The intermediate inlet and outlet are provided by a capacity control. By using intermediate outlet, bagging can be possible in addition to filling the tank. Every auger is set up with strong bearing at the end or, if it is needed, intermediate bearing. Specially, these machineries are assembled with a spiral without a shaft. Therefore conveying material is gentle, the delivered material does not break. It is important if it is a granulated product or pellet.

Mobile hopper auger

The mobile hopper auger is an auger in a tube assembled on wheels. At the beginning of the auger there is a hopper. It is recommended to fill and empty vehicle, trailers, or in any other cases, when loading is not too often. The mobile hopper auger has a beneficial barycenter and a motor. It is easy to change the direction of the output and the height.

It is galvanized, the element of the auger is made of special steel. Because the smooth and rounded surface of the mobile hopper auger, it conveys the material gently. At the driving there is a double bearing. It can be used for loading grain, filling premix and/or other additives, loading and unloading lorries. Conveying by a tube is extremely simple because the motor is assembled on the lower part of the auger.
